Refund policy
All products come with a 30-day warranty.
- Wrong Item Received: If you receive an incorrect item, please contact us via email. We will arrange to send the correct item or issue a refund if you prefer not to receive a replacement.
- Defective or Faulty Products: For defective items, please provide photos or videos of the issue via email. Once confirmed, we will replace the product free of charge.
Please Note: This policy does not cover damage caused by misuse, accidents, water exposure, or any form of abuse.
Refunds
Our replacement policy is valid for 30 days from the date you received your item.
- After 30 days, replacements may still be available for a discounted fee.
- Refunds or returns will not be accepted for reasons such as buyer’s remorse, improper use, or dissatisfaction due to shipping times.
Refunds are processed within 72 hours of receiving returned merchandise. However, depending on your bank, it may take additional time for the refund to appear on your credit card statement.
If you haven’t received your refund after two weeks, please contact us via our support email for assistance.
Important: Do not initiate a chargeback with your credit card company, as this may cause delays and require additional paperwork.
